The App may optionally access your location to help suggest nearby stations for check-in convenience. This feature is:

• Completely optional - you can use the app without ever granting location permissions
• Processed locally on your device only
• Not stored or transmitted anywhere
• Only used to show you nearby stations in the app interface

2.3 Usage Data

We may collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the App, including:

• App feature usage patterns
• Crash reports and error logs
• Device type and operating system version

This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.

We do not collect, store, or share:

• Your station visit history (it stays on your device only)

If you grant optional location permission, location data is only used temporarily to suggest nearby stations and is never stored or transmitted.

Any anonymized usage statistics are stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures.

The App and website use third-party services for:

• Analytics: We use Google Analytics to understand app and website usage patterns. Google Analytics collects anonymized data including page views, session duration, and general user interactions. This helps us improve the app and website experience.

You can deny location access and still use all features of the App by manually selecting stations from the list.

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App is designed for general audiences and does not have features specifically directed at children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes are effective when posted on this page.

11. Data Retention

Your station visit data is stored on your device indefinitely until you delete the app or manually clear the data. We do not have access to this data as it never leaves your device.

If you use optional location features, location data is processed only in memory and is not retained.

Anonymous usage statistics may be retained for up to 24 months to help us improve the App.

Since all station visit data and optional location processing happens on your device, your personal data is not transferred internationally. Any anonymized usage statistics are stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
